Introduction
Please find below the OSINT conferences run and organised by Robert David Steele (1952-2021).
Robert Steele may be considered to be the founding father of global open source intelligence, although he himself denies the honour.
Robert published an extraordinary number of papers, notes, articles, and books featuring innovative ideas on open source intelligence and strategic intelligence. Next to that, he also ran 16 conferences. Including one in California and two in Europe.
The below is ”as is”. The proceedings typically hold much more material than was covereed by the conference, and due to the age and formatting (PTT to PDF), many presentations are unfortunately difficuly to read. I do not have the digital copies of the 2004 conference, anyone?
